  • Squad Gymnastics: Please refer to the squad handbook for guidance on suitable attire.

If your child is unable to attend sessions due to injury or illness, you must provide a doctor’s note specifying the duration. We can offer credit for sessions missed during this period, but refunds are not generally available.

If you have a complaint, please contact us by phone, email, or in person. We aim to respond within 48 hours and will provide options, including a potential refund or an alternative session if necessary.

All gymnasts must be members of British Gymnastics to ensure insurance coverage. Recreational gymnasts typically need a ‘Community’ membership, while squad gymnasts may require an upgrade to the ‘Competitive’ membership.

Yes, you can cancel by giving at least two weeks’ notice before the next direct debit is due. Please note that cancellations made mid-month will not be refunded for that month.

You may cancel a session within seven working days of booking to receive a refund. If your child begins attending within this period, you waive your statutory right to cancellation.

If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, such as low attendance or adverse weather, we’ll notify you and offer an alternative session or a full refund.

We only use your personal information to facilitate sessions in line with our Privacy Policy, available on our website or at your gym.

If a direct debit fails, we may refuse access to sessions until full payment is made. Failure to pay within 72 hours could result in your child losing their space in the class, as we have waiting lists for most sessions.
