Stay & Play

Preschool

Our Stay and Play sessions at NWG are drop-in sessions designed for children under 5, priced at £7 per session. These fun-filled sessions include warm-up and cool-down songs, followed by free play in the gym. Circuits will be set up to help guide your little one’s exploration, giving them the chance to freely explore and use all of our fantastic equipment. While parents must supervise their child throughout the session, a qualified coach will be on hand to offer guidance and support.

Tiny Tumblers

Tiny Tumblers is a 1-hour, structured session tailored for children aged 18 months (walking) to 3 years. With the support of a parent or carer, children engage in a brief warm-up followed by guided activities on 2-4 pieces of gymnastics equipment. All NWG Structured Preschool classes feature interactive songs, hand apparatus (e.g., bean bags, ropes, balls, ribbons, hoops), circuits on large apparatus, exploration time, and a goodbye song.  At the end of each term, gymnasts receive a RISE-themed certificate (e.g., dinosaurs, people who help us). Additionally, gymnasts can earn certificates and optional medals for completing their RISE skills.

Little Flippers

Little Flippers is an independent, one-hour class for children aged 3 to 4 years (pre-school). With smaller class sizes, this class bridges the gap between preschool and recreational gymnastics, helping children develop independence and key motor skills.

Our Other Classes

Recreational

Our recreational programme teaches children the foundations of all elements that form gymnastics, including confidence, strength, flexibility, and skill work on all the apparatus.

At NWG, we offer a progressive recreational programme that allows gymnasts to advance based on their age and ability.

All gymnasts begin in a one-hour-a-week class, and we offer the first session as a free taster. As they progress, the class they attend and the skills they learn develop.

Squad

Artistic, general gym and floor and vault squads.

At NWG we offer Men’s Artistic Gymnastics, Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, General Gym and Floor and Vault Squads. Our squad programme starts at age 4.

We believe in training smarter, not longer. With focused sessions and expert coaching, we help gymnasts reach their full potential efficiently and effectively.

Proud Partnership

NWG is proud to partner with British Gymnastics and is an ambassador for the Rise Gymnastics Programme, offering a progressive journey with certificates and optional medals. Coaches track gymnasts’ progress on RISE skills weekly, and upon reaching 80%, gymnasts earn a certificate, with the option to purchase a medal. This achievement also allows gymnasts to progress to the next level in the NWG recreational programme.
